Musculoskeletal Assessment

We use a range of measurements and tests to identify your problems and impairments. We can help diagnose your issue and explain what is causing your pain or weakness. We will then provide you advice on how to manage and treat your condition.

Mobility and Gait Training

We assess your walking pattern, strength, balance and any underlying limitations to design a tailored mobility and gait program. Our aim is to reduce risk of falls as well as injuries, to improve confidence and independence in daily living.

Exercise Therapy

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, aiming towards a physical achievement or looking to build general strength and resilience, we wilI guide you through safe, progressive training that improves function, reduces pain and supports long-term health.

Manual Therapy

We provide skilled hands-on manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilisations and soft tissue techniques like massage. These treatments help to ease pain and stiffness, restore movement and improve joint function.

Respiratory Physiotherapy

We can help provide treatment for a range of respiratory conditions such as COPD or post-surgical care. This includes effective breathing techniques to improve oxygenation and airflow to the lungs as well as techniques for airway clearance and postural drainage.

Dry Needling

We can provide dry needling services in the comfort of your own home. Dry needling targets areas of muscle tension known as myofascial trigger points that contribute to pain and restricted movement. Using fine sterile needles, this technique helps release tension, ease discomfort and restore muscle function.
